Shelly-Anne Mckay is the Creator and Host for Sober & Social Club. It was designed to honour people’s choice to live alcohol-free while bringing back what so many adults miss: beautiful environments, real conversation, laughter, play and that rare feeling of belonging. Each gathering is intentionally elevated and intentionally safe—with warm welcomes, thoughtfully curated connection, and a culture rooted in kindness, respect, and discretion. Every path is welcome here; whether you live alcohol-free, feel sober-curious, are in recovery or abstain for health concious reasons. This is not a place to be preached at or analyzed. This is a place to be human, to be included, and to leave with new connections you are genuinely excited to carry into your life.
